Service Guarantee / Product Returns
All hair design, colour, and chemical services are guaranteed within two weeks of service. For a long lasting result, we ask clients to use appropriate take-home products recommended by our stylists. Unopened retail products may be exchanged for another product or service within 30 days of purchase. Open retail products cannot be returned or exchanged for another item. Electrical tools may be returned unused and in original packaging within 15 days of purchase.
Appointments and Cancellations
We value your time as much as we do ours. All cancellations should be made as early as possible to allow for another guest to fill that time slot. We request that all cancellations for haircuts to be made at least 24 hours in advance and for chemical services at least 48 hours in advance.
All our gift vouchers are non refundable and expire six months from the date of purchase. We do not accept expired vouchers so please make sure to visit us before they expire.
It is recommended that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow for adequate time for appointment check-in and getting settled before your salon experience. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. All efforts will be made to assist with having services performed the same day. In some cases in order to accommodate same day rescheduling you may need to book with a different stylist. Whenever possible please call the salon to let us know you are running late. If experiencing services in the same day as a friend or a family member please be respectful to their experience as well as the experience of other guest. When waiting for others to have services completed we request that you wait in the waiting area. Children are welcome at the salon. However to assist in creating the best experience for all of our clients, we ask parents to stay close to their children and look after both in the cutting area and waiting area.
